Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and drive growth across multiple channels. You will shape strategy, create engaging content, and optimise campaigns to maximise reach and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create and schedule posts, videos, reels, blogs and promotional materials.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid‑media initiatives.
• Conduct basic SEO, keyword research and website optimisation.
• Monitor traffic, engagement, leads and campaign performance; produce regular reports with actionable recommendations.
• Research market trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities.
• Coordinate with design, sales and other departments to ensure consistent branding.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing tools, trends and algorithms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of events and promotion marketing.
• Excellent analytical, communication and content‑creation abilities.
