Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will join SOLID FUTURE HR Consulting in Kathmandu to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns. Working on‑site, the role focuses on building brand awareness and generating qualified leads through social media, search and other online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Manage and grow social media accounts, creating content calendars and engaging with communities.
• Monitor web analytics, track key performance indicators and adjust tactics to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Coordinate with external partners and agencies when required.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation and budget utilisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within consulting or professional services.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; certifications are a plus.
