Junior Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Junior Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow Blissful Baskets' online presence. You will plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales across social media and paid channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Blissful Baskets' profiles on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta/Facebook and Instagram paid advertising campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for seasonal, promotional, B2C and corporate gifting initiatives.
• Coordinate with creative teams to produce reels, product shoots, promotional posts and ad creatives.
• Prepare clear briefs based on campaign objectives and ensure timely execution.
• Support lead generation via sales‑focused digital activities and improve lead quality with the sales team.
• Monitor competitors, market and social media trends, proposing new ideas.
• Track performance metrics and deliver monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital/social media marketing, paid advertising or e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and a solid understanding of marketing funnels, audience targeting and retargeting.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
