Project Manager – 33kV Distribution Line

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Project Manager to lead a 33 kV distribution line project from the initial survey through to charging and handover. The role requires full‑time presence on‑site, coordinating the site team and subcontractors to deliver the project on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the site team and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct surveys, pole spotting, prepare SDS and the final Bill of Quantities.
• Oversee PSC pole erection, conductor stringing, sagging, 33 kV XLPE cable laying, termination, earthing, testing and commissioning.
• Manage measurement, running bills, shutdown permits, safety procedures and progress reporting.

Required profile

• B.E. Electrical (or E&E) degree with NEC registration.
• Minimum 5 years experience in 11/33 kV line construction, including site‑in‑charge responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of utility measurement and billing.
• Willingness to be stationed full‑time at the project site.
• Knowledge of Bhojpuri, Maithili or Hindi is a plus.
