Sales Officer – FMCG & Beverage

About the role

The Sales Officer will drive sales growth and manage customer relationships across the Baglung and Anbukhaireni territories. This full‑time position involves regular market visits, dealer coordination and ensuring product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and develop sales plans for the territory.
• Maintain regular visits to dealers, distributors, retailers and key customers.
• Manage relationships with distributors and ensure timely product supply.
• Conduct market visits, monitor competitor activity and collect market intelligence.
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility and support promotional campaigns.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and coordinate with internal teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development or territory management, preferably in FMCG or beverage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently, conduct regular field visits and manage multiple accounts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools.
