Salesperson for Fashion Retail Outlets

About the role

The Salesperson will work full‑time at our Khusibun and Thamel outlets, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, building strong customer relationships, and supporting store success. At the Thamel location, the role also involves handling retail and wholesale inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, providing styling advice and product recommendations.
• Identify customer type (retail or wholesale/B2B) and direct wholesale inquiries to management, collecting relevant details.
• Drive sales through effective engagement, up‑selling, and achieving daily targets.
• Maintain attractive, organised product displays and ensure store cleanliness and visual standards.
• Manage stock, track inventory, and replenish items as needed.
• Capture photos and short videos for social media and assist in creating simple, engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, confident personality.
• Customer‑focused, able to assess intent and adapt communication style.
• Interest in fashion, styling, and trends; organised and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment; previous retail or fashion sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
