Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic IT outsourcing team in Kathmandu. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure solutions that support our clients' digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines for multiple projects.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Implement infrastructure‑as‑code practices and maintain documentation.
• Participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
