Service Manager & Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our two-wheeler workshop, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the service center and workshop.
• Supervise service advisors, technicians, and other staff.
• Ensure timely servicing, repair quality, and efficient job completion.
• Monitor service revenue, productivity, customer satisfaction, and workshop performance.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
• Maintain service records, job cards, spare parts coordination, and warranty claims.
• Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure parts availability.
• Implement manufacturer-recommended service standards and procedures.
• Prepare regular performance reports and identify improvement areas.
• Ensure workshop discipline, safety, and equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or relevant technical qualification in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Previous experience in two-wheeler servicing, workshop management, or after‑sales operations.
• Strong knowledge of two‑wheeler maintenance, repair procedures, and technical diagnostics.
• Proven leadership, team management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good customer handling, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage service targets and maintain operational efficiency.
