Accounts & Finance Officer – Chartered Accountant (Qualified or Semi‑Qualified)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Accounts & Finance Officer to oversee accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and ensure accurate site‑wise and consolidated financial reporting. Preference will be given to candidates with construction‑industry experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Prepare site‑wise and consolidated financial reports.
• Maintain the general ledger, accounting records and perform bank reconciliations.
• Monitor project/site expenses and generate related financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, cash‑flow management and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.
• Perform other accounting and finance‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Qualified CA (ICAN/ICAI) or semi‑qualified CA.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preparing site‑wise and consolidated financial statements.
