Accounts & Finance Officer – Chartered Accountant (Qualified or Semi‑Qualified)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Accounts & Finance Officer to manage accounting operations, prepare accurate financial statements, and ensure comprehensive site‑wise and consolidated reporting. Preference will be given to candidates with construction industry experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Produce site‑wise and consolidated financial reports.
• Maintain the general ledger, accounting records and perform bank reconciliations.
• Monitor project/site expenses and generate related financial analyses.
• Assist in budgeting, cash‑flow management and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit processes.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Qualified CA (ICAN/ICAI) or semi‑qualified CA.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of preparing site‑wise and consolidated financial statements.
