B2B Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic B2B Marketing Manager to drive business‑to‑business growth for Nepal Leathers Craft, a leading leather manufacturer in Nepal. The role focuses on building a robust network of corporate clients, retailers, distributors and institutional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify, approach and nurture relationships with corporate clients, wholesalers, hotels, institutions and other partners.
• Conduct market research to uncover new segments, trends and competitive insights.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, digital channels, exhibitions and other B2B activities.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and business presentations to prospects.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities and pipeline status.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and business events.
• Report regularly on marketing activities, lead generation and sales performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related field (Master’s candidates welcome).
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales, business development or corporate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of generating leads and converting prospects.
• Good understanding of the Nepalese market and B2B sales environment.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using social media, email and basic digital marketing tools.
