Government & PR, Marketing, Communications Advisor

About the role

The Government & PR, Marketing, Communications Advisor leads the communications, marketing, public‑relations and government engagement for the SET4NPL project. The role is hands‑on, covering content creation, event management and promotion of the e‑ticketing platform and electric‑bus rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the communications and PR plan, produce factsheets, press releases, newsletters and manage the project website and social‑media channels.
• Design and run passenger‑marketing campaigns for the e‑ticketing platform, create user materials in Nepali and English, and track campaign results.
• Coordinate with government counterparts, organise meetings and visits, monitor policy updates and represent the project in selected forums.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (international degree preferred).
• Minimum five years of professional experience, including at least two years in Nepal and experience in PR, marketing or communications.
• Proficiency in English (C2 level) and strong written communication in Nepali.
