Business Expansion Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Business Expansion Officer to accelerate growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing projects across advertising, branding, digital marketing, and creative services. The role acts as the first point of contact between our agency’s creative capabilities and client strategic needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and generate leads across FMCG, banking, technology and other sectors.
• Qualify prospects, maintain a robust pipeline, and develop new business opportunities.
• Lead initial client meetings, present agency portfolios, and ensure smooth hand‑over to account management.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to craft tailored proposals, manage tender processes, and negotiate contracts.
• Track activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools, providing strategic insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); preferably in Business Administration or Information Management.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client‑facing roles.
• Experience in advertising, media, consulting, or digital marketing is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and basic market‑research tools.
