Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Lead Strategy & Growth

About the role

UniConsultants Alliance is looking for a visionary Chief Executive Officer to steer the company’s overall business strategy, drive growth, and oversee both B2B and B2C operations in the international education market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s vision, strategic plan and growth initiatives.
• Lead B2B and B2C activities to meet revenue and student recruitment targets.
• Identify new markets, business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and nurture relationships with universities, colleges, agents and corporate partners worldwide.
• Mentor and motivate senior teams, set KPIs and ensure cross‑departmental accountability.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, revenue generation and performance monitoring.
• Track market trends, competitor actions and industry developments.
• Represent the organisation at high‑level meetings, negotiations and international conferences.
• Ensure compliance with education standards, recruitment regulations and ethical practices.
• Strengthen brand presence locally and internationally and drive operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic advice to the Board and manage risk, governance and long‑term sustainability.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior‑level management experience in a B2B or B2C organisation.
• Proven track record in international student recruitment, education consultancy or related sector.
• Demonstrated success in business development, strategic planning and revenue growth.
• Strong network within the international education ecosystem is an advantage.
