Concierge Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the new Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk as a Concierge Supervisor and lead a dedicated team to deliver personalized, memorable experiences for every guest. You will be the primary point of contact for guests seeking local insights, travel arrangements, and premium services, ensuring each interaction reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily Concierge operations, guaranteeing warm, professional, and personalized service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Concierge colleagues to maintain high service standards.
• Welcome guests and provide tailored recommendations on local attractions, dining, shopping, transportation, and cultural experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and arrange services such as transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, tickets, and special requests.
• Assist VIPs, long‑stay guests, and special‑occasion visitors with detailed, personalized arrangements.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, Reservations, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of guest requests.
• Maintain relationships with external service providers, tour operators, restaurants, and transportation partners.
• Oversee luggage assistance, airport transfers, valet or parking coordination, and related guest services.
• Monitor guest requests, pending tasks, and follow‑ups to ensure timely completion.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery situations professionally.
• Conduct shift briefings, allocate duties, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate desk coverage.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising concierge or guest‑service teams in a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of Kathmandu’s attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive solutions.
• Team‑leadership mindset with a focus on coaching and motivation.
