About the role

BrandGhar, a creative and digital marketing agency, is seeking a dynamic Content Creator to produce engaging short‑form videos and social media assets for a variety of client brands. The role combines idea generation, on‑camera presenting, filming, and post‑production to deliver content that aligns with each client’s marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas for BrandGhar and its clients.
• Produce Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, Stories, promotional videos, interviews, and behind‑the‑scenes clips.
• Write scripts, hooks, captions, voice‑overs and calls‑to‑action.
• Appear on camera as presenter or host when required.
• Film content using smartphones, cameras, microphones and lighting equipment.
• Edit short‑form videos with cuts, transitions, subtitles, music, graphics and effects.
• Visit client locations for shoots, interviews, events and product photography.
• Adapt content style, tone and language to each client’s brand identity and audience.
• Research social‑media, industry and competitor trends and convert them into original content.
• Collaborate with social‑media managers, designers, photographers, videographers and account coordinators.
• Follow content calendars, meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality.
• Incorporate feedback from internal reviews and clients.

Required profile

• Strong interest in content creation, branding, social media and digital marketing.
• Confident, expressive and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
• Creative script‑writing and storytelling ability.

Required skills

• Video editing for short‑form content.
• Smartphone and camera filming techniques.
• Audio recording and basic lighting setup.
• Use of video‑editing tools (e.g., CapCut or similar).
