Creative Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Associate to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, creating content, exploring new ideas, and working across different areas of marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Write engaging content for blogs, project stories, website pages, newsletters, and social media.
• Develop project summaries, case studies, and press releases that communicate Gham Power’s impact.
• Research grant opportunities and assist in preparing and submitting proposals and progress reports.
• Support social‑media planning, create calendars, design posts, reels, videos and write platform‑appropriate captions.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers and external vendors to produce marketing assets.
• Update website content regularly and maintain marketing materials such as brochures and presentations.
• Assist with basic video editing and digital‑marketing campaigns, including lead‑generation activities.
• Help plan and execute events, product launches and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (candidates currently pursuing a degree are welcome).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social‑media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
