Creative Head

About the role

Adventure Digital Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Creative Head to lead the creative vision for client projects in Kathmandu. This full‑time, on‑site position will shape brand identities, develop campaign concepts and ensure high‑quality visual output across all marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the creative direction for brands, campaigns and content.
• Oversee concept development, art direction, visual storytelling and graphic design.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, present ideas to clients and refine concepts based on feedback.
• Manage, mentor and evaluate the creative team, planning resources and workflow.
• Review and approve design work, set creative standards and maintain brand consistency.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep agency output innovative.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in advertising, branding or a creative agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end creative campaigns and brand work.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor creative professionals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interaction.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
