Digital Insights Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Insights Analyst to monitor social media, news and online forums, turning data into actionable business recommendations for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor social media, news, and online forums using listening and brand monitoring tools.
• Prepare monthly reports on share of voice, sentiment, trends, and key conversation topics.
• Analyze data from Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital platforms.
• Clean, interpret, and validate data to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Conduct competitor research using SEMrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Meta Ad Library, and Google Trends.
• Maintain competitive intelligence trackers and share regular updates with internal teams.
• Translate complex data into clear reports in English and Nepali and support client presentations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, digital analytics, or performance marketing.
• Fluency in both Nepali and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to convey data insights effectively to clients and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience in advertising, media, digital marketing, or client‑service environments is a plus.
