Growth & Operations Associate Intern

About the role

Yoddha Lab is seeking a proactive Growth & Operations Associate Intern to support business expansion activities in Kathmandu. This full‑time, paid internship offers hands‑on experience across lead generation, sales operations, SEO, SaaS research and product development.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential customers, partners, affiliates and new business opportunities.
• Generate, verify and organize qualified leads from online sources.
• Conduct market, competitor and industry research to inform strategy.
• Support the Sales team with lead management, CRM updates and prospect research.
• Assist the SEO team with off‑page SEO, business listings, SaaS directories and backlink research.
• Maintain databases tracking lead, SEO and outreach activities.
• Collect customer feedback and recurring issues from Sales and Support teams.
• Prepare reports, presentations and research summaries using Excel, Google Sheets and presentation tools.

Required profile

• Students in their 7th or 8th semester or recent graduates (BBA, Business, Management or related fields).
• Strong research and lead‑generation abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and turn research into actionable insights.
