Head of Product – Digital Commerce Platform

About the role

Kunyo.co is seeking a Head of Product to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap of its digital commerce platform. Based in Kathmandu, this full‑time, on‑site position will drive product discovery, market analysis, feature prioritisation, delivery and continuous optimisation for a fast‑growing e‑commerce business focused on game keys, gaming services and gift cards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with long‑term growth goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, operations and leadership to set success metrics and ensure high‑quality releases.
• Analyse performance data, gather customer and stakeholder feedback, and run experiments to improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Mentor product team members, establish best practices and promote a data‑informed decision‑making culture.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in product strategy and management, preferably in e‑commerce, gaming or digital services.
• Strong analytical and market‑research capabilities with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading product teams and delivering measurable revenue, engagement or growth results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
