Odoo Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Odoo Coordinator to support the transition from IMS to Odoo. The role will act as a key link between internal departments and the Odoo implementation/vendor team, ensuring business requirements are understood, communicated, tested, and implemented.

Key responsibilities

• Understand existing IMS workflows and assist in migrating them to Odoo.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Inventory, Management, and the Odoo vendor.
• Gather, document, and communicate business and system requirements.
• Support Odoo configuration, testing, implementation, and issue resolution.
• Track pending issues and follow up with the Odoo vendor to ensure timely completion.
• Understand basic accounting processes such as sales, purchases, invoicing, payments, inventory, receivables, and payables.
• Assist with user training, process documentation, and post‑implementation support.
• Help ensure Odoo processes align with day‑to‑day business operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP, IT support, accounting, business analysis, retail operations or a similar role.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Odoo (ERP) systems.
• Proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
