Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Kathmandu office. You will produce visual content that supports our marketing, branding, and social media initiatives while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form videos for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and background music to enhance video quality.
• Create thumbnails, illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets for digital campaigns.
• Perform basic color correction, audio enhancement, image retouching, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and branding teams to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Organize and maintain design files, video assets, and project folders.
• Revise creative assets based on feedback and deliver projects within deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or relevant internships/freelance projects.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
