Junior Sales Officer

About the role

InfoDevelopers is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Officer to join its growing sales team in Kathmandu. You will support the sales department by identifying new prospects, promoting software solutions, and nurturing client relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals and networking.
• Assist senior sales staff in contacting enterprise and cooperative clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and product demos.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with prospects and update customer databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client support.
• Help prepare sales reports, forecasts and management updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales‑related role.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Good time‑management, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
