About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior VDC Architect to join our construction team. You will work closely with senior engineers to develop accurate BIM models and support the delivery of coordinated architectural designs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Revit.
- Model walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows and other building components.
- Prepare and update plans, sections, elevations, shop drawings and as‑built documentation.
- Identify clashes and coordination issues with structural and MEP models.
- Incorporate coordination comments, design changes and project requirements into the model.
- Support model reviews, coordination meetings and architectural submission milestones.
- Apply appropriate Level of Development (LOD) and ensure constructability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural VDC or BIM projects.
- Engineering license or relevant professional certification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under senior guidance.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
