Project Manager – Civil Construction

About the role

Mountain Infra Company is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Project Manager to lead civil construction projects in Bhairahawa. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise overall project execution.
• Lead project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Monitor project progress, budget, resources, quality, and timelines.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, schedules, and construction methodologies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, safety requirements, and applicable standards.
• Manage project risks, variations, claims, and cost controls.
• Prepare project progress reports and management updates.
• Ensure timely completion, testing, commissioning, and final handover of projects.

Required profile

• Experienced and highly qualified Project Manager – Civil Construction.
• Minimum 180 months (15 years) of experience in civil construction project management.
