Laravel PHP Developer (1-2 years experience)

About the role

Bidhee Pvt Ltd is seeking a Laravel PHP Developer to join its growing software team in Kathmandu. The role focuses on building and maintaining web applications for construction management, HRMS, CRM and custom solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, and maintain efficient, reliable PHP applications using Laravel.
• Collaborate with the UX team to deliver innovative, user‑friendly features.
• Debug, update, and refactor existing codebases.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements to testing.
• Prepare use cases, flow diagrams, and ER diagrams when required.
• Integrate REST and SOAP APIs, with or without third‑party services.
• Develop, deliver, and test software prototypes.
• Engage in project discussions, meetings, and direct communication with team leads and clients.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of proven experience with the Laravel framework.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills for client and internal interactions.
