Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

About the role

The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will design, implement and present the M&E framework for BlinkNow Nepal and its partner Kopila Valley Sewa Samaj. Reporting to the Country Representative, the role ensures data quality, impact reporting and continuous program improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework, including indicators for all program areas.
• Design surveys, questionnaires and data collection tools, and lead field data collection activities.
• Analyze collected data for reliability, produce quarterly impact reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage the organization’s data tracking and reporting platform, ensuring data safety and security.
• Coordinate with BlinkNow Nepal and KVSS teams to align M&E activities with program goals.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of M&E experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in English and Nepali with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
