Motion Graphic Designer (Full-time)

About the role

We are seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high‑impact visual content for social media, digital campaigns and brand storytelling. The role involves taking projects from concept through final delivery for clients in travel, education, finance and sports, while collaborating closely with the creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and motion‑graphics direction for social media, websites, print and digital campaigns.
• Conceptualize, storyboard and produce animated content, video edits and motion graphics for ads, reels and brand videos.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and motion outputs and evolve brand guidelines as needed.
• Collaborate with marketers, developers and clients; mentor and review the work of junior designers.
• Create high‑quality visuals and animations for posts, advertisements, infographics, presentations and video campaigns.
• Expertly use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Canva, and explore new tools when required.
• Present concepts, incorporate feedback and manage revisions independently.
• Maintain organized files, version control and design workflows across projects.
• Stay ahead of design and motion trends, tools and techniques, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Motion Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a design role with a strong portfolio showcasing static and motion work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong command of design principles, layout, color, typography, composition and animation timing.
• Proven experience leading projects end‑to‑end and mentoring junior designers.
• Excellent communication, presentation and time‑management skills.
• Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX tools is a plus.
• Experience with 2D/3D animation, sound design or storyboard creation is an added advantage.
