Multimedia Editor (Animation)

About the role

The Multimedia Editor (Animation) will join a dedicated multimedia team to create high‑quality animations and motion graphics for educational and promotional content. You will translate concepts into visual narratives that engage learners across a range of platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create full‑length animated videos, motion graphics, and UI micro‑interactions using Adobe After Effects and related tools.
• Develop storyboards and visual breakdowns that guide animation flow and narrative sequencing.
• Adapt animation style to project needs, including children’s stories, curriculum lessons, and promotional media.
• Collaborate with illustrators to define asset specifications, ensuring files are animation‑ready.
• Maintain smooth visual flow, pacing, and clarity throughout each animation.
• Export animations in multiple formats (video, Lottie, SVG, JSON) optimized for mobile, widescreen and low‑spec devices.
• Organize project files with clear naming conventions for easy team collaboration.
• Ensure outputs are adaptable across web, mobile apps, and social media platforms.
• Stay updated on animation trends and explore new lightweight vector‑based workflows.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and content creators to align animations with educational goals.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense and ability to craft immersive, context‑relevant motion experiences.
• Experience producing animations for educational or promotional contexts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with illustrators, designers, and developers.
• Attention to detail in file organization and export optimization.
• Willingness to continuously learn new tools and techniques.
