Program Director – Entrepreneurship Development

About the role

The Program Director will lead the design, development, execution and evaluation of programs that create value for young entrepreneurs. Reporting to the CEO, this senior role translates strategic priorities into impactful initiatives across entrepreneurship development, mentorship, networking and policy engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an annual program calendar aligned with the Forum’s strategic priorities.
• Convert organizational objectives into structured programs, initiatives and activities.
• Assess the needs and challenges of young entrepreneurs on a regular basis.
• Design program concepts, define objectives, target groups, timelines, budgets and expected outcomes.
• Recommend new programs based on market trends, member needs and emerging opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of approved programs, including detailed project plans and workback schedules.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure delivery within scope, budget, quality and timeline.
• Identify execution risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Maintain comprehensive program documentation, reports and databases.
• Conduct post‑program reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop initiatives that provide tangible value to Forum members and drive their active participation.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in designing, delivering and evaluating entrepreneurship or leadership programs.
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into concrete program plans and outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working with CEOs, boards, partners, mentors, investors and government institutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, timeline management and risk mitigation.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities to assess program impact.
