Program Director

About the role

The Program Director will lead the design, development and delivery of the Forum’s programmes that support young entrepreneurs. Reporting to the CEO, you will translate strategic priorities into high‑impact initiatives across entrepreneurship development, mentorship, networking and policy engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual programme calendar aligned with strategic goals, member needs and market trends.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives such as leadership series, mentorship programmes, policy dialogues, investor readiness workshops and international exchanges.
• Lead flagship national events, business networking forums and ecosystem roundtables focused on member outcomes.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate sponsors, investors, mentors, government bodies and international partners.
• Manage programme budgets, set KPIs, monitor expenditures and produce annual impact reports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or MBA in Management, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, Economics or Project Management (preferred).
• 6–10+ years of experience in programme management, business development, startup/SME ecosystems, corporate partnerships or association management.
• Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders, control budgets and make data‑driven decisions.
