Project Manager – Large-Scale Greenfield Industrial Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of a large‑scale greenfield industrial project. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of the project, from land acquisition to final hand‑over, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the overall project execution, coordinating design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Manage EPC contractors, large site teams, and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget targets.
• Lead land acquisition processes and maintain liaison with government authorities.
• Oversee civil construction works, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and resolve issues that arise on site.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of project management experience, preferably in industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record managing EPC contracts and large multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to be based full‑time at the project site.
