Relationship Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Relationship Officer to manage our restaurant partner accounts in Kathmandu. The role focuses on building strong relationships, supporting partner growth, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned restaurant partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and support partners with promotional campaigns.
• Onboard new restaurant partners through both online and offline prospecting.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve partner issues and communicate updates.
• Perform regular field visits and in‑person meetings with partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple partner accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driving licence for regular field visits.
