Retail Designer – Fabric Collections & In‑Store Branding

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Designer position is based in Kathmandu. You will create and refine visual concepts for fabric collections, product displays, and in‑store branding materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and current retail trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design layouts and prepare technical drawings for fabric collections and store displays.
• Coordinate colour palettes and visual assets to maintain brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, sales, and sourcing teams to translate business needs into compelling visual outcomes.
• Support sample development, review product quality from a design perspective, and produce assets for marketing and promotional use.

Required profile

• Strong visual design and layout skills with an eye for detail, colour, and material properties.
• Experience or education in fashion design, textile design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast‑paced, production‑oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
