Sales Officer – Food Division

About the role

The Sales Officer will drive revenue growth for the Food Division by expanding market coverage and strengthening relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers. This role requires proactive market engagement and a focus on achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market coverage.
• Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities and business channels.
• Conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activities, and gather market intelligence.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective distribution across the territory.
• Prepare sales reports and provide actionable market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Food/FMCG.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good knowledge of market dynamics and distribution channels.
• Two‑wheeler ownership with a valid driving license is preferred.
