Senior Accountant – Part‑Time (Finance & Accounting)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to work part‑time, responsible for preparing financial statements, ensuring tax compliance and managing day‑to‑day accounting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in accordance with NFRS.
• Conduct bank, vendor and customer reconciliations and maintain the fixed‑asset register.
• Manage VAT and TDS filings through the IRD portal and handle income‑tax installments and returns.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, process payroll and perform vendor statement reconciliations.
• Handle company secretarial tasks such as OCR renewals and document filings.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of total accounting experience, including at least 3 years as a Senior Accountant.
• Completed MBS / ICAN qualification.
• Availability for 4.5 hours per day, five days a week (preferably 9 am‑6 pm).
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
