Senior Data Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to support our customers in designing, building, and operationalising complex data solutions. You will guide technical decisions, manage multiple accounts and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality data products.

Key responsibilities

• Support new and existing customers with data engineering and data product needs.
• Guide customers in making technical decisions aligned with business goals.
• Manage multiple customer accounts, track progress and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Design, build and operationalise data pipelines, transformation, cleansing and quality improvement processes.
• Apply best practices in data governance, security and quality management.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver data products and educate users on analytics environments.
• Analyze and resolve data/system defects, ensuring reliable operations.
• Test data pipelines, transformations and components for accuracy and quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Product Development.
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end data analytics lifecycle.
• Excellent problem‑solving, debugging and analytical abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
