About the role

To execute trade marketing, brand visibility, consumer activation, and Digital x BTL initiatives that strengthen brand presence, improve execution excellence, and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

Execute trade marketing, permanent branding, visibility and merchandising initiatives.
Plan and coordinate consumer, trade, spot and BTL activations.
Coordinate with agencies, promoters, vendors, printers and fabricators.
Support GTM/RTM and new product launch execution.
Drive premium visibility and activation across key on‑trade outlets.
Manage POSM inventory, deployment and branding assets.
Support digital BTL, consumer engagement and technology‑enabled initiatives.
Conduct outlet audits, competitor tracking and market intelligence activities.
Monitor campaign execution, effectiveness and ROI.
Maintain execution trackers, dashboards, reports and documentation.
