About the role
We are seeking a friendly and hardworking Server to join the team at Piano Piano, an Italian restaurant located in Lazimpat. The role involves delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide professional service throughout their dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and convey menu information to customers.
- Follow the proper sequence of service, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and personal grooming standards in the dining area.
- Ensure guests have a pleasant experience and address any issues promptly.
Required profile
- Hospitality degree or relevant training (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar server position.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and work well in a team.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages and menu items, as well as hygiene and food‑safety standards.
