Service Advisor / Workshop Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a technically skilled and customer‑focused Service Advisor who will also act as Workshop Supervisor. Based in Naxal, Kathmandu, you will lead daily workshop operations, support vehicle diagnosis, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop activities and coordinate mechanics and technical staff.
• Diagnose vehicle issues, provide technical guidance, and oversee troubleshooting.
• Communicate with customers about vehicle problems, service needs, repair progress, and recommendations.
• Allocate jobs, monitor priorities, and ensure timely, quality completion of repairs.
• Prepare service reports, maintain workshop documentation, and use the company’s workshop management software.
• Uphold safety standards, workshop procedures, and service quality.

Required profile

• Graduate qualification (Automobile Engineering, Automobile Diploma or related technical background preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile workshop operations or vehicle servicing.
• Proven experience supervising mechanics or technical teams.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Nepali.
• Own transportation and a valid driving licence.
