Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology projects across multiple client engagements. You will act as the primary client liaison, ensuring transparent communication, stakeholder alignment, and successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and execution to delivery and closure.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and handling escalations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Software Development, QA, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, and AI/ML.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track progress and risks using tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Asana.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, RAID logs, status reports, and delivery records.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and client expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably with software, cloud, DevOps, data engineering or AI/ML projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and exposure to Waterfall, Hybrid or SAFe frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications (CSM, PMI‑ACP) are a plus but not mandatory.
