Yatayat Officer – Vehicle Registration & Transfer Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Yatayat Officer to oversee vehicle registration, ownership transfers, and related documentation for imported and new vehicles. The role involves close coordination with Yatayat offices, customs, dealers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Yatayat documentation and processes for imported and new vehicles.
• Manage vehicle registration, Namsari renewal, and ownership transfer procedures.
• Coordinate with Yatayat offices, customs, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare, verify, and track registration and ownership transfer documents.
• Maintain accurate records of bluebooks, ownership details, and related paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with government rules, taxes, regulations, and procedures.
• Resolve registration and documentation issues promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on vehicle registration activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Strong practical knowledge of vehicle registration, Namsari renewal, and import procedures.
• Experience dealing with Yatayat offices and government authorities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow‑up abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Two‑wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
