YouTube Channel & Content Manager

About the role

Branding Bee is looking for a proactive YouTube Channel & Content Manager to own a high‑profile digital entertainment channel. You will be responsible for both the technical side of YouTube management and the creative production of original video content, driving audience growth and new revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and schedule video assets strategically to maximize algorithmic discoverability.
• Develop SEO‑friendly titles, descriptions, and tags to boost organic reach and subscriber growth.
• Conceptualize, edit, and produce original videos and highlight “supercut” segments, including thumbnail design and final export.
• Monitor comments and foster community engagement to maintain an active subscriber base.
• Analyse performance data in YouTube Studio, generate monthly reports, and recommend growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale YouTube channels with a solid grasp of YouTube SEO, algorithms, and AdSense monetisation.
• Hands‑on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret YouTube Studio metrics and translate insights into actionable content plans.
• Excellent organisational skills for handling multiple production timelines and upload schedules independently.
• A keen eye for pacing, storytelling and identifying engaging highlight moments within longer videos.
