Area Sales In‑Charge – Automotive Spare Parts

About the role

The company seeks an Area Sales In‑Charge to drive sustainable growth of automotive spare parts, tyres and batteries across Kathmandu. You will lead dealer development, manage a sales team and ensure timely collections while expanding market coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and consistently grow revenue in the assigned territory.
• Lead, motivate and supervise Sales Representatives to meet individual and team goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors and key customers.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new dealers to broaden distribution reach.
• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection through regular follow‑up.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and pricing to uncover business opportunities.
• Implement initiatives to liquidate slow‑moving or overstocked inventory.
• Prepare accurate reports on sales, collections, market activities and dealer performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in automotive spare parts, tyres, batteries or aftermarket.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel within and outside Kathmandu Valley, own two‑wheeler and valid driving licence.
