About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Kathmandu involves preparing coffee and other beverages, assisting with basic food preparation, and serving guests in a professional manner. You will interact directly with customers, take orders, handle payments, and keep the workspace clean and organized.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare espresso‑based drinks and operate coffee machines and related equipment.
- Take guest orders, process payments, and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with basic food preparation and assembly of menu items.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Clear communication abilities for accurate order taking.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Required skills
- Operating coffee equipment.
