Business Development Executive

About the role

The company is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth in the Nepalese automobile market. You will identify new opportunities, conduct market analysis, and build strategic partnerships with local and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automobile and related sectors.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and prepare feasibility studies and business proposals.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers, dealers, distributors, and corporate clients, and correspond with international partners.
• Support management in evaluating investments, preparing financial projections, ROI and BEP calculations, and coordinating with internal departments for project implementation.
• Monitor business performance, prepare regular reports, and stay updated on government policies, regulations, and import procedures.

Required profile

• MBA/MBM or Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Relevant experience in business development, market analysis, feasibility studies or the automobile industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, report‑writing, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Nepali and English.
• Ability to travel within Nepal and internationally, with own transportation and a valid driving license.
