Business Development Officer – FMCG (Restaurant Partners)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Officer for the FMCG sector to manage restaurant partner accounts in Kathmandu. The role focuses on building strong relationships, driving partner growth, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned restaurant partners, serving as the primary point of contact for queries and support.
• Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and support partners with promotional campaigns.
• Onboard new restaurant partners through online and offline prospecting and conduct market research.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve issues and communicate updates.
• Conduct field visits and in‑person meetings, ensuring accurate partner information and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
