Business Travel Sales Manager

About the role

Royal Nepal Voyage is seeking a Business Travel Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for both B2B and B2C travel segments. Based in Kathmandu, this full‑time, on‑site position will drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present tailored travel proposals to corporate and individual clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms while coordinating with operations and reservations teams.
• Monitor market trends, track sales performance, and produce regular reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine business‑travel offerings.
• Develop and maintain B2B partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
• Build, train, and lead a sales team as the company scales.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client‑relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data, create forecasts, and devise strategies to exceed revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English; Nepali and Hindi are a plus.
