Field Salesperson – Water Products

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, target‑oriented Salesperson to promote and sell our water products across the assigned market. The role involves daily field visits, face‑to‑face selling, and building lasting relationships with retailers, HoReCa outlets, and other business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to shops, restaurants, hotels, offices and other potential outlets.
• Promote and sell company water products through direct, face‑to‑face interactions.
• Identify, onboard and develop new customers, retailers and HoReCa partners.
• Take orders, follow up and ensure timely product delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with shop owners, restaurant managers and other customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
• Secure repeat orders and nurture long‑term customers.
• Coordinate with the delivery team for smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain daily sales and customer visit reports.

Required profile

• Minimum education: +2 / 12th Pass.
• Previous experience in FMCG, water, beverage or field sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with daily market visits and face‑to‑face selling.
• Target‑oriented, energetic and self‑motivated.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Valid driving licence; ownership of a two‑wheeler is an advantage.
